How to use: 

Initial Setup: Place the scale on a hard, flat, horizontal surface (avoid soft surfaces like tablecloths to maintain sensor accuracy).

Tare: Place the empty container first, then press the TARE button to reset the weight to 0. Now you can add food to see its net weight only.

Select Food Item: Use the side buttons or the accompanying app to select the item type (e.g., "bananas" as shown in the image), and the scale will automatically calculate calories based on the displayed weight.

App Connection: Turn on Bluetooth on your phone and sync the scale with the dedicated app to store your daily meal data and monitor your macro intake.

Cleaning and Storage: Wipe the stainless steel surface with a damp cloth after each use. Avoid fully submerging the scale in water or placing it in the dishwasher to protect the display and internal sensors.
