How to use:
1. Getting Ready and Wearing
Practical Design: The blanket is designed to be worn as easily as a loose-fitting cloak. Simply slip your arms into the sleeves to use your hands freely (reading, using your phone, or working on your computer) without losing warmth.
Foot Pocket: While sitting on the sofa or lying down, tuck your feet into the built-in foot pocket. This feature is essential for keeping your lower extremities warm and preventing cold air from seeping in.
2. Plug and Play
Safe Cable Connection: Before plugging the blanket into a wall outlet, ensure the control unit cable is securely connected to the designated port on the blanket's outer fabric.
Power Supply: Plug the plug into an electrical outlet. Make sure the cord is loose and not taut or caught under furniture to avoid damaging the internal wiring and to ensure freedom of movement while wearing the blanket.
3. Temperature Control
Heat Level Selection: Using the remote control (included in the cord), press the power button and select your desired temperature.
Usage Tip: It is recommended to set the blanket to a high temperature for the first few minutes to heat it up quickly, then reduce the temperature to a low or medium level to maintain a pleasant and consistent warmth throughout your sitting time.
4. Safety Features and Automatic Shut-Off
Smart Protection for Extended Use: For maximum safety, especially in case of drowsiness while sitting, the blanket features a smart protection system that automatically shuts off the power after a set time (usually between 2 and 4 hours).
Even Heat Distribution: The internal heating elements are distributed in a way that prevents heat from concentrating in one spot and ensures warmth for the entire body.
5. Care and Cleaning (Important Steps to Ensure Longevity)
Disconnect First: Before any cleaning, the power cord and control unit must be completely removed from the blanket. These parts must never be exposed to water.
Washing Instructions: The blanket is machine washable, but the "Gentle/Delicate Cycle" should be used with cold or lukewarm water to protect the internal elements.
Drying: Do not wring vigorously or use a tumble dryer on high heat. The best way is to leave the blanket spread out outdoors until it is 100% completely dry before reconnecting and turning on the controller.
