Returning Service

Inspection and Return Policy Upon Delivery:

The customer has the right to inspect the product upon delivery without using it. If the customer is not satisfied, the product can be returned immediately with the delivery person, provided that the packaging is in its original condition and all accessories are included. The customer is responsible for the delivery fees in case of refusal. Returns are not accepted after the delivery person has left, except in the case of a manufacturing defect.

The customer is permitted to:

• Inspect the exterior appearance

• Confirm the size/color/type

• Ensure the product matches the order
