Place the charging dock Put the dock on a flat floor near electricity, with enough free space around it so the robot can return easily. Charge the robot first Place the N20 PRO on the charging dock and let it fully charge before first use. Connect to the ECOVACS HOME App Download the ECOVACS HOME App, add the robot, connect it to Wi-Fi, and follow the setup steps. Create the first map Start the first cleaning or mapping run. Open room doors and remove cables, toys, socks, and small objects from the floor. The N20 PRO uses LDS / TrueMapping for smart path planning and quick mapping. Choose cleaning mode Select Vacuum Only or Vacuum & Mop from the app or robot controls. The app lets you adjust suction power, water flow, cleaning modes, and schedules. For mopping Fill the water tank with clean water, attach the mop pad/mopping plate, then start Vacuum & Mop mode. Do not use strong detergent unless the manual allows it. Start cleaning Press Start from the app or the robot button. The robot will clean automatically and return to the dock when cleaning finishes or the battery becomes low. After cleaning Empty the dust bin, wash/dry the mop pad, clean the filter, and remove hair from the main brush and side brush regularly.
