Place the charging/self-empty station Put the station on a flat floor near a power outlet. Leave enough space in front so the robot can return easily. Charge the robot first Place the robot on the station and let it fully charge before first use. Connect to the ECOVACS HOME App Download the ECOVACS HOME App, add the robot, connect it to Wi-Fi, and follow the setup steps. Create the first map Start the first mapping or cleaning run from the app. Open doors and remove cables, toys, socks, and small objects from the floor. Choose cleaning mode Select vacuuming, mopping, or vacuum + mop from the app. You can adjust suction power, water flow, cleaning modes, and schedules. For mopping Fill the water tank with clean water, attach the mop pad, then start mopping or vacuum + mop mode. Avoid using strong detergent unless the manual allows it. Start cleaning Press Start from the app or from the robot button. The robot will clean automatically and return to the station when finished or when the battery is low. After cleaning The station automatically empties the dustbin. Refill water when needed, wash/dry the mop pad, and clean the filter and brushes regularly.
