Place the charging dock Put the dock on a flat floor near electricity. Keep space around it so the robot can return easily. Charge the robot first Place the DEEBOT N20e on the dock and let it charge fully before first use. Install the mop pad If you want mopping, attach the mop pad properly under the robot. Fill the water tank Remove the water tank, fill it with clean water, then install it back. Do not add strong detergent unless the manual allows it. Connect to the app Download ECOVACS HOME, add the robot, connect it to Wi-Fi, and follow the setup instructions. Create the first map Start the first cleaning/mapping run. Open room doors and remove cables, socks, toys, and small objects from the floor. Choose cleaning mode From the app, select vacuuming, mopping, or vacuum + mop. You can adjust suction power and water flow from the app. Start cleaning Press Start from the app or from the robot button. The robot will clean automatically and return to the dock when finished or when the battery is low. After cleaning Empty the dustbin manually, clean the filter, wash/dry the mop pad, and refill the water tank when needed.
