Place it on a flat, heat-safe surface Put it on a table or kitchen counter that can handle heat. Avoid plastic surfaces, thin table covers, or anything that may melt. Let it warm up for around 5–10 minutes before placing food on it. Place cooked food on the tray Use heat-resistant dishes, glass containers, ceramic plates, stainless steel pots, or metal trays. Do not use plastic containers because they may melt. Choose the heat level Use low heat for bread and light snacks, medium for rice/pasta/vegetables, and high for meat, stews, or foods that lose heat quickly. Cover the food if needed Use a lid or food-safe cover over the dish to keep moisture and warmth longer. Turn off after use Press the power button, unplug it, and let it cool completely before cleaning.
