1. Before first use Remove packaging, wash the drawer, divider, and crisper plates with warm soapy water, then dry well. Place the air fryer on a flat heat-resistant surface with space around it for ventilation. 2. Use as MegaZone Use this mode for large meals like whole chicken, meat, big fries portion, vegetables, or family meals. Remove the divider. Place the crisper plates inside the drawer if needed. Add food without overfilling. Insert the drawer. Press MEGAZONE. Choose the cooking function. Set temperature and time. Press START/STOP to begin. 3. Use as Dual Zone Use this when cooking two different foods at the same time. Insert the divider in the middle. Add food to Zone 1 and Zone 2. Choose Zone 1, select function, time, and temperature. Choose Zone 2, select function, time, and temperature. Press START/STOP. 4. Use MATCH Use MATCH when both sides need the same setting, like fries on both sides. Insert the divider. Press MATCH. Choose the function. Set time and temperature. Press START/STOP. MATCH copies the same time and temperature to both zones. 5. Use SYNC Use SYNC when cooking two different foods with different times, but you want them to finish together. Example: chicken in Zone 1 and fries in Zone 2. Insert the divider. Set Zone 1 time/temp/function. Set Zone 2 time/temp/function. Press SYNC. Press START/STOP. The air fryer will manage the start times so both foods finish at the same time. 6. During cooking Shake fries, nuggets, and vegetables halfway through for better crispiness. Use silicone or wooden tools to protect the non-stick coating. 7. After cooking Remove food carefully, let the drawer cool, then wash the removable parts. The drawer, divider, and crisper plates are non-stick and dishwasher-safe, but hand washing helps keep them in better condition longer.
