Choose the suitable massage head Attach one of the 6 heads depending on the area you want to massage. Turn it on Press and hold the power button until the device starts. Select the mode Press the mode button to switch between the 10 massage modes. Similar 6-head rechargeable massagers use different vibration/strike patterns for relaxation and deep tissue massage. Start with low intensity Begin with the lowest setting, then increase gradually if needed. Move slowly on the muscle Place the head on the muscle area and move it gently. Do not press too hard. Use for short sessions Use it around 5–10 minutes per muscle area. Avoid using it too long on the same spot. Turn off after use Press and hold the power button, remove the head if needed, and store it safely.
